Shuguo Development & Construction Co.,Ltd. is a unpublic-own
economic entity, engaged in realty mainly and construction,
decoration, realty management and comprehensive development
of animal husbandry with level three realty development
qualification certificated by Chongqing Constructional
Committee, 25 employees(16 personnel with technical job
titles) and affiliated companies of Jiangjin Shuguo Realty
Co, and Jiangjin Shuguo Animal Husbandry Development Co.
With the spirit "good faith, high efficiency and
innovation", we provide consumers with high-grade
services, normative management, so we make a great progress.
From establishment of the company, we completed raised-fund
building of Chongqing Fruit Tree Institute and second
period police officers building of the procuratorate
in 14230 sqm floor space completed and 8.56 million
RMB investment; 21 floors business occupancy of Shuguo
Garden, Shuguo Linjiang Square, raised-fund building
of in old street alteration in Ciyun town in 58500sqm
construction area. In the end of December of 2001, we
accomplished 27.52 million RMB and 2.2838 million RMB
taxation.
The company invested on "
Chongqing brood sow Base"(Shuguo brood sow Base)
is the only one of British good quality pig species
certificated by Ministry of Agriculture, PRC and "
New Rongchang I series pigs raising base. The company
is the key enterprise of agricultural industrialization
of Jiangjin , one of eight key enterprises in One Million
RMB Project of industrialization . At present, we possess
three raising bases, which are situated in Degan, Lishi
and Ciyun town and occupied 50mu with 5200sqm piggery,
office building, processing workshop and quarantine
houses and total 3.5 million RMB investment. With 350
high-grade brood sows, we can provide high-grade 3000
brood sows yearly, over 60000 "Yansanyuan"
high-grade meat type hog. In Oct. of 2002, the base
was certificated one of state high-grade lean meat exporting
goods to earn foreign currency bases.
